Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Cancellation

RIA Institute of Technology reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollments, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen technical issues.

• If a batch is cancelled by the Institute, students will be offered a choice between a 100% refund of the tuition fee or a transfer to the next available batch.
• Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7-10 working days.

2. Student Withdrawals

If a student wishes to withdraw from a course:

• Before Batch Commencement: Requests made at least 48 hours before the start date may be eligible for a refund of the tuition fee (excluding registration charges).
• After Batch Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the training sessions have started.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request (where applicable), please follow these steps:

1. Submit a formal written request to ayaz@riainstitute.in.
2. Include your full name, course enrolled, payment receipt, and reason for withdrawal.
3. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source or via bank transfer.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration and Admission Fees.
• Cost of printed study materials or books already provided.
• Taxes (GST) paid to the government on the fee amount.
